How does it work...

Dr Bach, who developed this system, was a holistic physician. He believed, as many doctors do today, that attitude of mind plays a vital role in maintaining health and recovering from illness. Bach Flower Remedies work by treating the individual and the cause rather than the disease or its symptoms.

Bach Flower Remedies improve general health by resolving negative emotional states. It is believed that they do not work on a biochemical level because, like other homeopathic remedies, they are severely diluted.

We do not have to be seriously ill to use and benefit from the Bach Flower Remedies. At times of difficulty and fatigue, when negativity creeps in, the remedies are invaluable in restoring the balance before physical symptoms appear.
